The C-Planet Group Released A Casino Scam Alert

It is presently advised that gamers avoid playing at Rushmore Casino, Slots Oasis Casino, Slotsville, Pure Vegas, and Cherry Red Casino. Players at these online casinos are not paid, and the sites’ managers refuse to give any type of professional customer service. Any of the following casinos should never be visited for gambling purposes:

Casino Pure Vegas

The C-Planet gambling group is in charge of running each of these online casinos. I stopped referring these casinos to other players two years ago after reading far too many complaints about them on online gaming sites. Because the situation has deteriorated even further, it is now time to entirely abandon these casinos.

The casinos listed above have been the subject of dozens of recent reports. The C-Planet Gambling Group was once widely regarded as one of the most respectable names in the industry. The organization as a whole has suffered as a result of the previous year’s loss of important staff, which caused the downturn. Please consider this a fair warning.

I would only recommend playing at Rushmore, Slotsville, Cherry Red Casino, Slots Oasis, or Pure Vegas if you enjoy seeing the following words on your screen: “We sincerely apologize for the continuous inconvenience.”

Because it is the only thing you will see if you win a large sum of money at any of these online gambling sites. It’s hilarious to see the customer service representatives in action on the various websites where they’ve begun to participate in the discussion. When it comes to the challenges that their consumers experience, the owners of these casinos show an obvious lack of compassion.

Consider the following excerpt from a complaint page on the website AskGamblers.com: I’m simply going to present the responses from the casino because I need to save space on this page. If you want to read the entire chat, simply click on the link provided above.

As a result, the gambling establishment has acknowledged that there is a problem. Isn’t it an excellent place to start? Wrong! This first piece not only shows a condescending attitude toward its readers and does not help, but it also gets worse. Exhibit B shows the following:

As a result, the casino has chosen not to pay any winnings to the gambler. Instead, the casino wants to refund only the player’s initial investment. This is in no way fair. The casino is conscious that it is operating in a legal murky area and that it is taking a risk by catering to US customers. There was no foul play, and the player entirely deserved her victories.

It gets worse

Take notice that the casino has already contacted AskGamblers.com to end the conversation. There is no possibility of that happening; I know the owner of that website, and he is a trustworthy person. The discussion continues below:

Please, once again, click the link in the preceding sentence to read the complete post for yourself. I didn’t want to repeat the entire discussion here, so I won’t. In any case, this should be enough evidence that C-Planet has serious issues with both its honesty and customer service. The discussion continues for a while longer, during which support reiterates that it can do nothing.

I’ve worked in the gaming industry for a long time, and this is one of the most embarrassing examples of poor customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees at the casino in this case have a terrible attitude. It would be fascinating to see this “specialist” in customer service having a chat with a customer like that in person.

Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident involving the C-Planet group. There are multiple complaints on AskGamblers.com, CasinoScamReport.com, GPWA.org (there’s a thread about it here), CasinoMeister.com (there’s a thread about it here), and a few more websites. Some of these athletes were paid several months later, although the circumstances surrounding those payments were complicated.

There is a chance that you will not be paid if you play at Cherry Red Casino, Rushmore Casino, Slots Oasis, Slotsville, or Pure Vegas, but there is also a chance that you will. If you get paid, it will most likely be after a long and stressful series of back-and-forth e-mails in which customer service tells you nothing, treats you like an idiot, and delays payments for months at a time. If you do get paid, it will most likely be after a long and frustrating sequence of back-and-forth e-mails.

You may argue that all of this material is anecdotal, but you rarely hear this much unfavorable news about high-quality gaming sites in the United States or anyplace else. The C-Planet has an issue with this. It’s a hoax about the C-Planet. You should avoid playing at this casino if you care about simple things like customer service, being treated fairly, or even money.

The C-Planet Casino Group was largely considered one of the most respected in the sector a few years ago. Several websites are currently offering a game that is significantly superior to others. Do not let this experience deter you from playing online because the most trustworthy casinos always pay their customers promptly and with respect. When making purchases, use caution at all times. Before you join any gambling programs, do some research and only read reviews from credible sources that give you the truth about those systems.
